Thomas W. Aylesworth
Thomas W. Aylesworth practices in civil litigation, with a particular focus on lawsuits involving real estate and land use disputes. He frequently appears before the Massachusetts state and federal courts. He is also admitted to the New Hampshire Bar, and he has maintained an active practice in the New Hampshire state and federal courts. Prior to joining Freeman Law Group LLC, Thomas was a partner and associate at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston and Hyannis, and he was previously an associate at Wiggin & Nourie PA in Manchester, New Hampshire. Before entering the practice of law, he taught high school English in the Wisconsin public schools. He has represented clients in wide range of litigation matters, many of which concern permitting appeals, real estate developments, commercial leases, partnership disputes, professional services agreements, employment, tax abatements, and disputes between contractors, architects, and property owners. He has been a speaker at seminars on admissibility of expert witness testimony and litigation strategies.
